Can The Learning Circle develop customised training for my organisation?

Yes. We develop customised training courses for organisations requiring targeted learning across regulatory, technical and professional development areas, including compliance, AML/CFT/CPF, corporate governance, regulatory practice, risk management, accounting and finance, customer service, operations, leadership and broader professional and workplace development.

Courses can be tailored to an organisation’s sector, workforce, regulatory environment, audience and learning objectives, with content designed to address specific knowledge gaps, technical requirements, practical skills and organisational priorities.

Are the courses self-paced or instructor-led?

Delivery varies depending on the course and the needs of the organisation or learner. Most courses are offered as self-paced online learning through The Learning Circle’s Learning Management System (LMS), allowing participants to learn at their own pace.

Some programmes are delivered using a blended learning approach, combining LMS-based course content, resources and assessments with in-person, facilitator-led cohort sessions. Blended programmes may also incorporate live virtual sessions, case studies, group discussions, practical exercises and facilitated assessments.

For organisations, delivery arrangements can be customised to suit the audience, learning objectives, group size, location and preferred delivery format.

Are CPD / CPE credits awarded?

Selected courses may qualify for Continuing Professional Development (CPD)  hours, subject to recognition arrangements of the relevant professional association. The number of CPD hours awarded takes into account factors such as course content, subject matter, learning objectives, level of technical or professional relevance, expected learner engagement time, assessment requirements and other criteria established by the recognising body.

Where CPD recognition has been approved, the approved number of credit hours and, where appropriate, the recognising professional body will be clearly stated on the individual course page and/or course materials.
